What we help with

Tax resolution services we provide

If the IRS has your file open, one of these is almost certainly what you're dealing with.

Back taxes owed to the IRS

Balances that have been sitting — with penalties and interest still accruing — reviewed against the resolution programs you may qualify for.

IRS notices, audits & exams

We read the notice, tell you what it actually means, and respond on your behalf within the deadline it sets.

Unfiled tax returns

Years of missing returns brought current — the step the IRS requires before it will consider almost any resolution.

Wage garnishment & bank levies

Active collection against your paycheck or accounts. This is the most time-sensitive category on this list — call, don't email.

Payment plans & resolution programs

Installment agreements, Offers in Compromise, currently-not-collectible status and penalty relief, where you qualify.

IRS transcript & account review

We pull your IRS account transcripts so the conversation is based on what the IRS actually has on file, not guesswork.

Why representation matters

Why choose a tax resolution firm over a DIY response

Anyone can mail the IRS a payment proposal. The difference is knowing which programs your finances actually support, how the IRS calculates what it thinks you can pay, and what happens to your case if a deadline passes. Our team is authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS under Circular 230 — meaning we deal with the IRS directly, so you don't have to.

Our mission

Tax relief, turned into clarity

To turn tax relief into clarity, confidence, and control — so the number you owe stops being the thing that runs your life.

Resolving a balance is the easy part to describe. The harder part — and the reason most people finally pick up the phone — is not knowing what happens next. Our job is to replace that uncertainty with a plan you actually understand.

  • We know what an IRS notice does to your week

Tax problems are stressful in a way that is hard to explain to anyone who has not had one. We start by telling you plainly where you stand, including when the answer is that you do not need us.

  • Urgency, integrity, and genuine care on every case

Our team of tax attorneys and tax specialists treats a first notice with the same seriousness as an active levy, because the window to act well is widest at the beginning.

  • Clear communication, decisive action

We explain each option in plain language, act inside the deadlines your notices set, and protect your rights at every step — and you always know who is handling your file.

Working with us is not just handing off a problem. It is gaining a team that is invested in how it ends. Taxes owed, unfiled returns, audits, levies — we will walk you through all of it.

From the owner

Why this firm exists

Nobody calls us on a good day. That is the whole reason we answer the way we do.

Our mission goes beyond resolving tax issues. I want you to come out of this with peace of mind and real confidence about your financial future — not just a closed case number. We know how stressful IRS and state tax problems are, so my team treats every case with urgency, integrity, and genuine care. We communicate clearly, act decisively, and protect your rights at every step. Taxes owed, unfiled returns, audits, levies — you will not be working through any of it alone.

Common questions about tax resolution

Straight answers, including the ones that might talk you out of hiring anyone.

Tax resolution is the process of bringing an unpaid or disputed tax balance to a formal conclusion with the IRS or a state taxing authority. In practice that means three things: getting your filings current, establishing exactly what is owed from your IRS account transcripts, and then applying for whichever program your finances support — an installment agreement, an Offer in Compromise, currently-not-collectible status, or penalty relief. Which of those is realistic depends entirely on your numbers, not on how the case is presented.
Plenty of people handle it themselves, and for a straightforward balance with a simple payment plan that is often the right call — the IRS has an online tool for exactly that. Representation tends to matter when there is active collection against you, when several years of returns are unfiled, when the amount is large enough that the IRS will demand full financial disclosure, or when a deadline on a notice is close. If your situation is the simple kind, we'll tell you so on the call.
Nothing. The consultation is free and confidential, and there is no obligation to move forward afterwards. If we do take your case, fees are quoted and agreed in writing before any work begins — you will never receive a surprise invoice.
If you call during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET) you'll speak with a tax specialist right away. If you submit the form, we typically respond within one business day. Either way the first conversation covers what you owe, what the IRS has already done, and which options are realistically open to you. Nothing is filed and no fee is charged at that stage.
